The interview is led by Carter Alan from Boston's WBCN station but I don't know from when or where this interview exactly is since it is not mentioned in "U2: AConcert Documentary" by Pimm De La Parra. It was definetly recorded during the Zooropa tour since Bono talks about his Macphisto alter ego and a Macphisto phone call to Helmut Kohl is included as well as the band talking about the Zooropa album including songs from this very record. The songs played are from officially released recordings.
