The overall quality of this recording is hard to judge. The music is a bit distant but still clarity and crispness are given to some extent. Audience noise is a factor, especially the people next to the taper are very annoying, singing and clapping along. The clapping and hollering of the audience as well as Bono's voice sounds strangely distorted by an artificial echo but not so much the music - something I never heard before. During the second chorus of "I Will Follow" the sound quality becomes very muddy until the "Your eyes..." part. Maybe, a better version surfaces sometime since this must have been a very enthusiastic concert according to the reviews I read.
