The show is taped from the ranks at the back of the Festhalle. The camera is relatively stable with only a few major shakes. The colours and shapes are crisp and to some extent defined so that details can be reckognized. The faces appear gleamy as soon as a spotlight catches them frontally. The first minutes of the recording are marred by a strange camera postioning with the stage only at the very bottom of the picture and a whole lot of nothing above. But the taper adjusts this during "Zoo Station" and you get to see some pretty decent close-ups. The audio quality is only fair to good: There is a good portion of hiss lying over the music and the absolute volume is very low, leaving you to turn up your amp.
